Amy B. Cooper,

M.D., FACC

Amy B. Cooper, M.D. specializes in general cardiology and echocardiography.  She uses her expertise to treat patients who are suffering from congestive heart failure, coronary artery disease, and other cardiac-related conditions.  She is skilled in nuclear medicine interpretations and transesophageal echocardiography.  Dr. Cooper is board certified in cardiovascular disease, echocardiography, and internal medicine.

Dr. Cooper is originally from Grand Bay, Alabama.  She attended medical school at the University of South Alabama College of Medicine.  Dr. Cooper completed her Internal Medicine Residency and her Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

In her spare time, Dr. Cooper enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, baking, reading, and running.
